300

300

An epic tale of 300 Spartans defending their country from millions of Persians. From their early childhood Spartans were trained to fight. If their was an abnormal baby it was discarded, only the strong survived.
The God king of the Persians believed that everyone should bow down too him. When the king of the Spartans refused, a huge army was sent to destroy Sparta. Without the governments approval the king of Sparta and 300 of his soldiers set out to stop this.
The background for this movie is entirely CGI, This takes you to a whole other world. I love the cinematography in this movie. The director did an excellent job in telling this story.
There is a few slow parts in this movie but it is almost entirely action. I give this film 5 of 5 stars.
This movie came out on DVD July 31st, and is a must have. To check out previews click anywhere it says 300.

The Simpons Movie Review

The Simpsons Movie
After 20 years of waiting for a Simpsons movie, This was the best they could come up with? Luckily I had free movie passes so I didn't have to pay ridiculous movie theater prices to see this film. It did have quite a few entertaining parts but, it was more like 4 episodes put together then a epic. I am not saying this is a bad film but I was expecting much more.
In the beginning of the film the Simpsons are watching an itchy & scratchy movie and homer stands up and starts ranting about how it is crazy to pay to see a movie that you can watch a tv show of for free at home. After seeing this movie i would agree.
This is definitely worth watching but save your money and just rent it when it comes out. There is no real reason to pay more to see this on the big screen. If I had to give it a rating, I would say 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

The Bourne Ultimatum

The Bourne Ultimatum

Unfortunately, this movie's Cinematography couldn't keep up with the story.
The films plot is excellent, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through. But, the camera work just can't keep up with the action. Leaving some of the action scenes looking choppy and unedited.

It begins with the CIA after Jason Bourne once again. Of course he escapes and falls off the grid, until a newspaper writer stumbles upon some pertinent information. Jason is following his story and makes contact in order to find his source. Which will finally give him the answers he needs.
I give this movie 4 of 5 stars, and if the filming could have kept up with the action it would be a 5 of 5.
